勝ち名乗り

The act of the Gyouji calling out the Winning Rikishi's name and pointing the Gunbai towards him.

After Winning a Shoubu, the Winning Rikishi will receive the Kachinanori from the Gyouji. The Rikishi squats in a Sonkyo inside the Tokudawara on his side. The Gyouji stands at the Shikirisen facing the Rikishi.
